Wetterer, Franz Anton (often shown as Anton) (Aug. 14, 1787-July 23, 1857 –husband of Theresa Catharine Stoehr [married Oct. 14, 1818 at Rust in Ettenheim, Baden] –son of Mathiae Wetterer and Barbara Feist –born at Rust in Ettenheim, Baden –immigrated to the US on the ship New York, departing from the Port of Havre, France on June 15, 1854 and arriving in the Port of New York on Aug. 1, 1854 in company of Fr. Oschwald and other followers –he traveled as a widower with three daughters, those being Theresa, Catherine, and Rose all of whom became Oschwald Sisters) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Old Section One, Row 4, Lot 15 –stone] [no county death record –death record in St. Gregory Church burial records]
