–on Aug. 21, 1865, Victoria purchased from David Cronin the 120 acre farm centered at 20012 County C in Section 22, Town of Eaton –on May 9, 1867, Victoria sold the 80 acres of the E1/2 of the SE1/4, which included the farmstead, back to David Cronin –the other 40 acres, upon Victoria’s death on Dec. 23, 1867, reverted back to the Oschwald Association
