AnnaMarie C. Randazzo, 17, of Cape Coral, FL was found deceased Saturday, August 6, 2005. AnnaMarie was born March 4, 1988 in the Philippines, a daughter of John S. Randazzo and Mercedita Cruz Walter. AnnaMarie was an Honor student and would have begun her Senior year at Mariner High School on August 8, 2005. She was employed at the Publix Market on Veteran's Parkway. AnnaMarie had attended St. Andrew and St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Churches and had resided in Cape Coral since 1991 coming from Long Island, NY. She is survived by her father, John S. Randazzo of Cape Coral; her mother, Mercedita Cruz Walter of Cape Coral; a sister Melissa Randazzo of Cape Coral; her step brother, Jordan Walter of Cape Coral; her paternal grandparents, John and Marie Randazzo of Cape Coral; her maternal grandmother, Corzson Cruz of the Philippines, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.Annamarie was last seen alive on July 21 when she dropped off two friends after a night at the movies.

Her car was later found torched in a field, but it wasn't until August 6 that her body was found in a wooded area near Lehigh Acres, Florida.

Annamarie went to her friend Joshua Henninger's house after she dropped off her friends that night. There was another male at Joshua's house, Jeremy Chapman. An altercation ensued and one of the men struck Annamarie.

The pair tied her up, put her in her car and drove to an unknown location, where she was killed. The two then drove her to a wooded area where her body was set ablaze in an abandoned refrigerator.

Joshua Henninger and Jeremy Chapman were booked on August 6th on kidnapping and 2nd degree murder charges.
