OBITUARIES
MRS. L. C. ALLEN

Funeral services for Mrs. Lawrence C. Allen were conducted in the Johnson Chapel Tuesday afternoon by the Rev. Fred Crowe, pastor of the Epworth Methodist Church.
Pallbearers included James Byrne, Albert Reimer, Victor Miller, Walter Voelker, Henry Hewett and Paul Canady. Interment was in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery.
Nora Milton was born Oct. 13, 1890, in Botteneau, N.D. to Alfred and Mary Gesslin Milton. She came to the Flathead with her parents when she was a small girl. She received her education and grew to womanhood here. On August 2, 1913, she was married to Lawrence C. Allen in Lethbridge, Alta. They lived in Spokane for many years where Mr. Allen was a public accountant. They came to Kalispell in June of this year to make their home.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband, Lawrence, of Kalispell; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Wilson of Alameda, Calif., and Mrs. T. Dale Edwards of Kalispell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She died at her home, 804 Sixth Ave. West, Aug. 22 at the age of 69 years.
