Lewiston- Roger David Bourbeau, 59.died unexpectedly Tuesday at his home.
He was born in Lewiston Feb.13 1943,the son of Simonne Bolduc and Leo Bourbeau.And was educated in Lewiston schools.
On Nov.26,1982 he married Doris M.Woodsome in Lewiston.
Mr. Bourbeau was employed many years by local shoe industry having worked for 20 years for Falcon Shoe and 15 years for Eastland Shoe,retiring as a shop foreman.
More recently he has been employed by Albworth Corporation as a warehouse worker.Ms.Bourbeau was a member of the Montagnard Snowshoe Club and enjoyed traveling,woodworking,observing wildlife,especially ducks and eagles.His most important interests were his family members and he very much looked forward to family outings and the time shard together.
Survivors include his wife and mother both of Lewiston;one daughter,Mrs Peter(Diane)Bradgon of Massachusetts;two stepdaughter;Mrs Tony(Debra) Leke of Oklahoma,and Mrs.John(Diana)Nelson of Texas.;one setepson,Steven Gilbert and his fiancee Cindy Laplante of Lewiston. One sister Mrs Lucie Berube of Auburn;one brother Leo of Arizona; a mother-in-law,Mrs Bertha Woodsome of Lewiston;a sister-in-law ,Mrs Peter(Linda) Jasper of Canton;seven grandchildren,;and one graet grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his father;a son Robert;and a brother Reggie Bourbeau.
