Specialist Four Billy Vance Morris was a casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SP4 Morris served our country until October 22nd, 1971 in Quang Ngai, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was married. It was reported that Billy died when his helicopter crashed. His body was recovered. Billy was born on December 9th, 1950 in Bryson City, North Carolina. SP4 Morris is on panel 02W, line 048 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C.
