Dorothy was also preceded in death by a son, Dewey Edward "Eddie" Romager, Jr. (Nov 14, 1950-Dec 21, 1950)
Her son and her parents are buried in Bibb Co, AL.

Dorothy K. Romager, age 90 of Birmingham passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017. Dorothy was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. She loved nothing more than having her family close by and doing things for them, especially her grandchildren. Dorothy was a longtime member of ChristWay Church of God and had retired from Gardendale Nursing Home with many years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey E. Romager "The Love of her Life"; and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, a son, Craig Romager (Rhonda); and her daughters, Jan Mixson, Vicki Alexander, and Robin Romager Smith; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday evening at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel from 6 until 8 PM followed by a chapel service on Tuesday beginning at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
