"Dick" was peacefully called home to be with his Lord, after 25 valiant years with prostate cancer; born in Tucson's "Stork's Nest", eldest grandson to J.O. Power of "Power Ranches". Survived by his wife, Connie of nearly 54 years; sons, Jim (Vony), Ken, Joel (Annette); granddaughters, Christina and Samantha; his siblings, Edith, Veda and Doug. Dick loved serving his Savior Jesus Christ, family, friends and church thru his passion, wit and hands as a farmer, teacher, musician (with sax and clarinet), husband, father and minister. He retired from the U of A Ag. Dept. in '90. He then volunteered as a handy tradesman with a mobile missions group. Contributions may be given to missions. Services are with FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL on University.
