Martha Henshaw Smith, age 82 of Sturgis, KY died Wednesday 3/22/17 at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Sturgis, KY. She had worked in the cafeteria at Sturgis Elementary School and Union County Middle School.
She was preceded in death by her parents Will and Beulah Henshaw and her husband Bill Smith.

2 daughters Connie McCann of Marion, Y Dianne Marshall of Salem, KY
1 son David Smith of Marion, KY
4 grandchildren Jessica Cummins of Marion Amanda Guess of Paducah, KY Heath McCann of Marion, KY Dava McCann of Boise, Idaho
5 great grandchildren Case, Hudson, Tyler, Hailey, Taryn
Funeral service will be 1 PM Friday 3/24/2017 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, KY. Bro Chris Cummins will officiate.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM Thursday and 10 Am until service time Friday at Whitsell Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Pythian Ridge Cemetery in Sturgis, KY.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
