"Claude Roland Skillings, 29, of 806 Thirteenth avenue southeast, died Tuesday. He was born in Bay Lake, Minn., and had been a resident of Minneapolis 19 years.
Surviving are his wife, Julia; three daughters, Edith, Jean and Barbara; a son, Raymond; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Skillings; six brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Washburn-McReavy Funeral home, 412 Central avenue. Interment will be in Crystal Lake cemetery."
