Salem, Mo., a daughter of Ferdinand and Jane (Meadows) Needham. She was married to Claude Shockley, April 20, 1912, in Savery, Wyo. She lived in the Little Snake River area until 1971 when she moved to Laramie. Mrs. Shockley was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Dixon, and a member of the Rebekah Lodge. She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Mary Louise; a granddaughter, and a great-grandson. Survivors include three daughters, Claudine Ellenberger and Marie Erickson, Laramie, and Marjorie Dillon, Dixon; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 15, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Dixon. Interment will be in Reader Cemetery, Savery.
