Lyons - Mrs. Emolet McCranie Anderson, age 72, of Lyons, died Friday, March 31, 2017 in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, after an extended illness.
She was a native of Dodge County, and lived in Toombs County most of her life.
She was a homemaker, Baptist by faith, and enjoyed sewing, cooking, and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Anderson; parents, James Oscar McCranie and Bessie Dowdy McCranie; and two sisters, Carolyn McCranie McNatt and Joy McCranie.
Burial will be in the Lyons City Cemetery.
