Clarence Evans Ashe,
73, of 181 Middle Road, Dover New Hampshire, died after a battle with cancer, on Sunday, Sept. 23rd 2007 at his home.

He was born April 23rd, 1934, the son of Orrin and Pauline (Smith)Ashe, of Sullivan, Maine. He attended school in Sullivan, Maine and Technical College in Portsmouth, N.H.
After serving PFC E-3 Arty. in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1960, a Korean War Veteran, and retiring from the Portsmouth Naval shipyard where he retired in 1998 after 23 years as a marine electrician, he then worked for 10 years as facility and grounds director at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Family of Clarence include his wife of 45 years, Barbara(Burgess)Ashe, and their children, Bobbi Jean Dewey and her husband Steve,
Lori Lisa Ashe, Corey E. Ashe and his wife Melissa, William Sanford and his wife Gail. His five surviving children from his previous marriage in Maine include: Susan Varnum and husband Dennis, Karen Wardwell and husband Brian, Pauline Pispicio and husband Dennis, Glen Ashe, Gary Ashe and wife Brenda.
He is further survived by his sister, Marsha Ward, two brothers, Warren Edman, and Richard Edman. Brother-in-law, Harold Burgess and wife Linda, Sister-in-law, Emogene Gignac and husband Ronald, and mother-in-law, Jennie Woods. He leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, friends and wounderful neighbors.
He is predeceased by a sister, Rosalie Havey, and brother Rodney Ashe.
