A native of Germany, Mr. Klawitter lived in the Toledo area for 80 years. He was a glass worker for the Liberty-Owens Ford Co. until he retired 15 years ago. He was a member of Local 9 glass Workers and Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
Surviving are sons, Robert, Genoa; Albert Jr., Toledo; George and Edward, Curtice; step-son, Max, Dundee, Mich., a step-daughter, Mrs. Edith Schneider, Toledo; sisters Mrs. Bertha Klatt, Toledo, and Mrs Emma Nehring, Flushing, N.Y.; 25 grandchildren and 56 great-grandchildren.
The Body will be in the H.H. Birkenkamp Mortuary, Broadway until 10 a.m. Saturday when it will be removed to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church for services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Toledo Memorial Park.
