ELVERA M. BURCH, 89, of Aurora died May 7. Services were May 12, with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Burch was born in Winfield, Iowa, on Aug. 13, 1909. She married Palmer L. Burch, 1946. She served in the Army Nurse Corps during World War II. She was a registered nurse in Minnesota and San Fransico. She was a troop leader for Campfire Bluebirds, past president of Denver Council of Campfire Girls and a member of the National Campfire Board. She was chairwoman for United Way's fund-raising campaign in Denver for a year. Survivors include daughter Susan of Denver, Agnes Wheeler of Minnesota.
