Graveside services were held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Trinity Memorial Park in Howard County TX.
Dolores was born March 24, 1939 in Ira TX to Clarabel Isabella Häeusler and T J "Jack" Clark. She married Carroll Thomas Cannon in 1955 and they raised three children together: Cheryl Ann, Steven Carroll, and Dana Dee. She married Paul Denman Jenkins on January 15, 1983 in Coahoma TX. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Big Spring TX. She worked 17 years as a loan officer at the Big Spring Government Employees Federal Credit Union. She was a member and past president of the Comanche Trail Golf Club and a member of the Bridge Club at the Big Spring Country Club.
Dolores is survived by her husband, Paul, of Big Spring TX, three sons: Steven Carroll Cannon of Lubbock TX, Richard Paul Jenkins of Big Spring TX, and Brian Kirk Jenkins of Dallas TX, two daughters: Cheryl Ann Cannon-Gandy of New Braunfels TX and Dana Dee Cannon-Turner of Austin TX, five grandchildren: Cabel Aron McDonald and his wife, Michelle, Cody McDonald and his wife, Shena, Logan James Turner, Landon Paul Jenkins, and Tristen Brooke Jenkins, and two great grandchildren: Micah McDonald and Brooklyn Jenkins.
In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Glen Clark, and sister, Rosie Maria "Marae" Clark-Brooks.
