Prophetstown, died April 21,
2004, in Utica.
Services will be at 11 a.m.
Monday in McDonald Funeral
Home, Rock Falls. The Rev.
Jim Jensen, of Advent
Christian Church,
Prophetstown, will officiate.
Burial will follow at Oak Knoll
Memorial Park, Sterling.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m.
Monday at the funeral home.
Miller was born Sept. 12,
1985, in Oklahoma City,
Okla., to Michael and Deborah
(Johnson) Smith.
He was a senior at La Salle-
Peru Township High School at
the time of his death.
Survivors are his parents,
Michael and Deborah Miller of
Utica; his paternal grandmother,
Marjorie Mills of Lyndon; four
sisters, Kassi Miller of Lyndon,
Michelle Miller of Granville and
Ashley Miller and Jennifer
Miller, both of Utica; three
brothers, Brandon Miller of
Morrison, and Greggory Miller
and Christopher Miller, both of
Utica; and one nephew, Gavin
Alden.
He was preceded in death
by his maternal and paternal
grandfathers.
A memorial has been established.
