Marjory Blair Clark, Eastern director of the camp and hospital council of the American Red Cross during World War II, died Wednesday at her home in Hightstown, N.J. She was 83 years old and formerly lived in Princeton, N.J.

Mrs. Clark's marriage to the late Federal Judge William Clark, former Chief Justice of the United States High Commission's Appeals Court in West Germany, ended in divorce.

Surviving are two sons, Blair Clark and J. William Clark, both writers; a daughter, Anne C. Martindell, a New Jersey State Senator from Princeton; three sisters; seven grandchildren, and nine great‐grandchildren.
