Deaths of the Day
Miller Kegarise
Miller Kegarise, lifelong and highly respected resident of North Beaver township, Lawrence county, died today in the hospital at Cambridge, N.Y., following an illness due to his advanced age. He had been a resident of North Beaver township district until about six years ago, when he went to Cambridge, N.Y., where he had been residing since that time with his daughter, Mrs. James McMorris of that place. Mr. Kegarise would have been 81 years old this month.
His wife preceded him in death about eleven years ago. He leaves the following children; B.H. Kegarise of 516 Winter avenue, this city, Mrs. Elizabeth McMorris of Cambridge, N.Y., with whom he had been residing, Mrs. W. McQuiston of the New Wilmington road, Ellis Kegarise and Arthur Kegarise of the New Bedford road. He was a member of Kings Chapel M.E. church.
The body and funeral party will leave Cambridge, N.Y., this evening for this city. Announcement of the time and place of funeral will be made later.
