Amelia is a daughter of Traugott Bitter and Rosian Wilhelmina Aust - the fourth of nine children.
She grew up in Logan and never married. Amelia was living in Rexburg, Idaho, probably with her sister, Martha Ricks, when she died at age 54. The death certificate says she died from chronic nephritis. She is buried next to her mother.
