Ethel Josephine Shilling, 89, passed away peacefully in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born in Holland, Texas, and preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Shilling, in 2002, and son, Larry Gene Shilling, in 1972.

She is survived by her sons, Randal Shilling and wife, Linda, of Tempe, Arizona, and Gerald Shilling, and wife, Glenda, of Garland, Texas. She has four grandchildren: Monica Shilling of Pacific Palisades, California, Jenny Fields and husband, David, of Edmond, Oklahoma, Jonathan Shilling of Garland, Texas, and Katherine Shilling of Stillwater, Oklahoma. She has two great grandchildren, Alexandra and Logan Fields of Edmond, Oklahoma. Her brothers are O. Page Talley of Amarillo, Texas, George Talley of Oklahoma City, and a sister, Evelyn Dolch, of Winfield, Kansas.

"Jo" was a member of the First Baptist Church in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Graveside service: Friday, February 9, 2007 at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Baggerley Funeral Home.
