Gerry Lee Watson, 77, of Tow, Texas passed away April 17, 2017. She was born to J.W. and Rachel (Kyle) McCaslin on June 27, 1939 in Austin, Texas.
Mrs. Watson enjoyed fishing and playing games but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son Ben Watson Jr. and wife Denise of Burnet, Texas, daughter Judy Mauldin of Kingsland, Texas, son John Watson and wife Shelby of Mason, Texas, eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one brother John William McCaslin and wife Jody of Salem, Oregon.
She is preceded in death by her husband of forty-nine years Ben Watson Sr.
Serving as pallbearers will be Todd Mauldin, Chase Watson, Jonathan Watson, Kramer Watson, Gage Watson, Justin Vinson, Gene Courtney, and Dalton Huffstutler. Honorary pallbearers will be Brayden Hill, Mason Watson, Ryan Valentine, and Porter Vinson.
The family would like to thank Altus Hospice for the loving and compassionate care they provide, and our sister, Judy for taking such great care of our mother in her most critical time of need.
A visitation will be held at Putnam Funeral Home in Kingsland, Texas. Graveside services will be held in the Bluffton Cemetery, Bluffton, Texas.
