Kingsley-Gertrude Ella Brown,86 of 210 Spring St. died Tuesday at the W.A.Foote Memorial Hospital East in Jackson.
The daughter of John and Mary(Wurster)Braun ,she was born Nov 10,1893 in Manchester,Michigan.She was married to Carl Brown ,who preceded her in death in 1948.Also preceding her in death was a daughter Mary Etta Brawn in 1955.
Surviving are two daughters,Mrs Harold(Janice) Flannery of Jackson and Mrs.Edwin (Karlene)Sedlacek of Kingsley ; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren..
Mrs.Brown lived most of her live in Kingsley,where she was a member of the Otto Rebekah Lodge No.474.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Covell-Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley, with the Rev Wayne H Babcock officiating,Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery in Kingsley.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today and Thursday.
