She was born April 25, 1951, in Mount Vernon, to the late E. Ray Johnson and Betty (Starmer) Johnson.
Johanna is survived by her husband, Paul Cline; children, Steve (Cindy) Cline of Mount Vernon, Jerry Cline (Joan Graven- Williamson) of Millersburg and Julie (Aaron) Phillis of Danville; sister, Linda (Gary) Stanley; step-mother, Louise Johnson; grandchildren, Kayden Cline, Augusta Cline, Blaine Cline and Abigail Phillis.
In addition to her parents, Johanna was proceeded in death by her grandmother; Fanny Starmer; and brothers, Ernest Johnson, Glen Johnson.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Millwood Church of Christ at 1:00 pm. The Lasater Funeral Homes are assisting the family with arrangements.
