The many friends of Mrs. Anna Ayres Babcock will be grieved to learn of her death yesterday morning at Memorial Hospital, Piqua, Ohio, where she had been ill for several weeks. Mrs. Babcock was the daughter of Dr. Henry P. Ayres, a pioneer physician of Fort Wayne, and a sister of Dr. Stephen C. Ayres of Cincinnati. Mrs. James B. Harper is a cousin.
The remains will be brought here for burial. Notice of the funeral will be given later.
