God called our sweet angel, Bentley Kalen McDonald, home on Friday, April 21, 2017.Bentley was born on September 9, 2015 in Two Rivers, son of Brian and Dana (Dugan) McDonald. He always brought joy and a smile to all those who were near him. Bentley was always happy, smiling and had a personality so much bigger than himself. He loved Mickey Mouse, playing hide and seek with his brother, and dancing with his sister. Bentley had a large effect on the lives of everyone who knew him and also the kindest soul possible for such a young person.Survivors include his parents: Brian and Dana McDonald, Cato; his big brother: Connor McDonald; his big sister: Macy McDonald; his paternal grandparents: Berna Boyd and Kalen Towle, Jackson, MI; maternal grandparents: Jodi and Bob Goehring, Cato, Dean and Sue Dugan, Mishicot; great grandparents: Larry and Joy Madson, Manitowoc, Jan and Ron Dugan, Manitowoc, Ruth and Carol Goehring, Cato, Patricia Moder, Mishicot; aunts and uncles: Dawn and Eric Hill, Branch, and their children: Ashlin and Aubrey Hill; Cindy Smith, Jackson, MI, and her children: Brandon (Anthony), Ashley and Caitlin Smith; Matthew and Michelle McDonald, AZ; James McDonald, AZ, Tim and Kira McDonald, AZ, and their son: Noah, Andrew and Lili Goehring, Valders, Patrick Goehring and Stacy Engeldinger, Valders, Emily and John Pozniak, Cato, Shannon Paquette, Manitowoc, Gary and Lydia Oliveira, Two Rivers, Michael and Kassy Oliveira, Mishicot, Steve Lightner, ID; special uncle: Dan Lendman, Valders; numerous great aunts and uncles: Ginger and Bob Linsmeier, Tom and Rae Madson, Pete Reinertson, Kevin and Julie Madson, Lori and Al Norkosky, Neil Jochem. He was preceded in death by our special angel in heaven that is holding him tight: Kari Reinertson.Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. Officiating at the service will be the Revs. Erica Cunningham and Nicole Welke with burial to follow at Gjerpen Cemetery, Valders.
