Louise H. Rupe, of Hurley passed away Wednesday at Gila Regional Medical Center. She was born April 5, 1916, in Blythe, Calif., to Edwin and Ethyl (Baker) Peet. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Bayard Baptist Church. Mrs. Rupe is survived by two daughters, Myrna Ribic of Payson, Ariz., and Nancy Ellis of Mimbres; three sisters, Shirley Holiday of Camp Verde, Ariz., Edna Farris of Bandon, Ore., and Violet Miller of Coquille, Ore.; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Billie Tatum, and three brothers, Edwin Peet, George Peet and Harve Peet. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Memory Lane Cemetery. The Rev. Mason Door will officiate. Arrangements are by Dannible's Chapel of the Roses in Silver City.
