Born Oct. 30, 1926 in Crestline to the late Jesse and Neola (Blossom) Ballinger, H. Jeanne Colflesh, 89, of Delaware, died Friday, Aug. 19, 2016 at the Sarah Moore Home.

Jeanne graduated from Crestline High School and later the White Cross School of Nursing in 1947 where she earned her R.N. degree. She married Lawrence Colflesh on Dec. 24, 1947 in Franklin County, Ohio. She was a farmer's wife who with her husband, Lawrence, were owners of JELAWR FARMS. Jeanne was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, Twin's Club, Kilbourne Mothers Club, Delaware Theatre Association, D.A.R., and Cardinal Winnies Winnebago Club.

Preceded in death by her parents and husband, brother, Lewis B. and his wife, Annetta Huddle Ballinger, both in May 2003 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

She is survived by two daughters, two sons, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Robinson Funeral Home, 32 W. Winter St., Delaware, Ohio. Burial will in Oak Grove Cemetery.
