Ronald W. Genrich, age 75, of 1921 32nd St., Two Rivers, entered eternal life on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Atrium Post Acute Care of Two Rivers.Ron was born on April 27, 1941, in Merrill, a son of the late Herman and Hazel (Guerin) Genrich. He graduated from Mishicot High School with the Class of 1959. He was employed at Crafts Roofing Co. in Manitowoc for 34 years. Ron participated in Golden Gloves boxing, enjoyed bowling, golfing, softball, basketball, liars dice, attending the Hodag Festival and following Wisconsin sports teams.Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law: Wayne and Melissa Genrich of Two Rivers; a grandson: Dalton Genrich; his significant other: Jane Engeldinger; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: William and Gerry Genrich, Robert Genrich and Michael and Joyce Genrich; five sisters and three brothers-in-law: Betty Thomason, Pat Pribek, Sylvia and William Zahorik, Ramona and Wayne Marcelle and Mary and Arlyn Clarksen. He is further survived by a sister-in-law: Ruth Griffie and special caregiver: Louise Larsen; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers: James, Gene and Herman Genrich, Jr., one sister: Delores Diels; and two brothers-in-law: Art Pribek and Randy Thomason.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Paul Gleichner with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
