JOSEPH HORGOS
Joseph Horgos, 75, a pensioned employee of the Duquesne Steel Works, died this morning at his home, 27 Clearview Ave., Duquesne, following an extended illness.
Mr. Horgos was born in Czechoslovakia, but had spent more than a half century in Duquesne where he was a member of the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church.
He leaves his wife, Anna Horgos; three sons Joseph and John of Duquesne; Michael at home; a daughter, Mrs. George Wojnik of Wall, PA; 14 grandchildren, including Edward Horgos, in the U. S. Army, William Horgos, in the U. S. Coast Guard, and Kenneth Wojnik, in the U. S. Navy; one great grandchild, and one sister, Mrs. John Hurni, of Clairton.
Funeral services are to be held Thursday with a blessing at the residence at 8:30 a.m. and requiem high mass at Holy Trinity Church at 9 a.m. The Rev. John Kerchnyak will officiate. Burial will be made at the parish cemetery.
