George W. Clark, 66, of Waynesburg R.D. 2 (near Kirby) died at 5 a.m. Sunday, July 20, 1952, at his home following an illness of three months.
Born January 27, 1886 in Monongalia County, W. Va., he was a son of Eugene W. and Mary West Clark, and spent most of his married life in Greene County, following farming. He was a member of Davistown Methodist Church.
Besides his wife, Zona Metheny Clark, he leaves four daughters and one son, two grandchildren; one sister, and three brothers.
