Mack graduated from Cumberland University Law School in Lebanon, TN in 1947 with a Bachelor of Law Degree. He worked for Maryland Casualty Company for 39 years. He served as President of the Charlotte Intercompany Insurance Arbitration Board, as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and was a member of the American Arbitration Board. He wrote three books, "Synopsis of the New Testament, Life of Christ and Paul", "Synopsis of the Old Testament, the Patriarchs and the Prophets", and "Bible Lesson Commentaries". He is survived by his wife, his daughter, two grandsons, a niece, and three nephews.
