On February 7, 2007, Nicole lost her fight with cancer at the age of 37. She left this world as peacefully as she entered after a beautiful life of motherhood and profound friendship to every person with whom she came in contact. Her joy in life was her children and the animals she rescued that were homeless and hurt. She had a sharp sense of humor and a mind that matched it. Nicoles life began in Hammond, Indiana on November 26, 1969. She is missed, remembered, and loved by all whose lives she touched. Nicole is preceded in death by her mother Waltrud Knoshal. She is survived by her husband William Eskridge; her daughter Amanda Bowman; her son Billy Eskridge; her father Gordon Knoshal and his wife Mary Ann; and her sister Pamela Wienke. She will be missed greatly by all. A private, informal celebration of Nicoles life will be held on Tuesday, February 13th.
