Allan L. Menne, age 82, a Manitowoc resident, died early Monday morning, May 1, 2017 at North Ridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.Allan was born May 15, 1934 in Manitowoc, son of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth (Gaerthoefner) Menne. On October 14, 1975 he married Neva Bertschy in Waukegan Illinois. Allan was a beloved husband, father and brother-in-law.Survivors include his wife: Neva Menne, Manitowoc; one son: Dave Menne, Stevens Point; one granddaughter: Raeana Menne, Custer, WI; two sisters: Darlene and Cathy; 5 sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Walter, Donna, Jimmy, Steven and Cheryl. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.Cremation has occurred at All Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc and a private family service will be held at a later date.
