Sexton's record shows middle name to be "Chas.," but Autry book shows "Clark," and there are CLARK individuals buried in this lot. Son of Maundant H. & Annie Lee (POPE) BOZEMAN.

Dolores Autry's "Historic Linwood Cemetery" book, Volume 1, shows in her Section B, Lot 174 (presumably taken from the grave marker inscription): Wm. Clark BOZEMAN, born Oct. 10, 1906, died Oct. 9, 1953.

Mary Jane Galer's list of persons interred in the New Cemetery area of Linwood shows: Wm. Chas. [sic - Clark] BOZEMAN, male, born 09 OCT 1906 in Georgia, died aged 47 years at residence, 2412 Third Avenue [Columbus, Georgia] of anoxemia; buried 14 OCT 1953 in Section 1, Lot 107, by undertaker Colonial Funeral Home of Phenix City, Alabama, reference local death certificate #8721 - remarks: son of Mondant & Annie Lee POPE BOZEMAN; died at Muscogee County T.B. [= tuberculosis] hospital.
