Samuel Dallas Fabian was the twin brother of David Polk Fabian. They were sons of Joseph Edward Fabian & Jane Lafferty Fabian. Other siblings were Sarah Fabian Rhile, James L Fabian, Mary Fabian Waters, William H Fabian, & Hannah Fabian Rementer.
In 1868, he married Catherine Rawson. They had 3 children Edwin, Jessie & Edith. Catherine died in 1875. Samuel and his children moved to West Virginia and resided with his in-laws for a while. Samuel Fabian later remarried twice.
