Died at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Plaquemine Nursing Home. He was a resident of Plaquemine, a native of Brusly and was 58 years old. Body at Wilbert Funeral Home in Port Allen until 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Religious services at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly at 10 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Lloyd Caballero. Burial in church cemetery. Survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lucien (Blossom) Oubre, Plaquemine and Mrs. Lance (Olga) LeRay, Brusly; two brothers, Winley Alexander, Plaquemine and Landen Alexander, Brusly; four nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Alexander; two brothers, Jake and Stanley Alexander and a sister, Margie Alexander.
