Donna Jeannette Godsey a longtime resident of Catoosa and Verdigris, Oklahoma died unexpectedly on May 9, 2017 at the age of 71.

Donna is survived by her husband Dennis E. Godsey, daughter Jonnie Mott and husband Kenny, son George Michael Parrish, daughter Debbie Jordan and husband Doug.

Father George Ivan Alexander Sr, sisters Letha Hern and Karen Yarbrough, brothers Dr. George Alexander and David Alexander. Stepchildren Cheri Mullins and Wade Godsey.

Grandchildren Jarrod and Taylor Mott, Colbi Parrish, Eli, Evan, and Ben Jordan, great grandchildren Jackson and Ava Mott, and a great number of nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her mother Imogene Alexander.

Donna was born on September 16, 1945 to Imogene Dunlop Alexander in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

She graduated high school in Slidell, LA. in 1965, and later made her home in Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Donna was the owner and operator of Catoosa Daycare Center for 30 years, a job that was near and dear to her heart.
