She was born May 9, 1964, in Wiesbaden, Germany, to Walter and Irmgard (Bock) Strieder.
She worked at various King Soopers in the Greeley area in the meat department becoming the manager at Marketplace King Soopers. Gabi enjoyed her garden, fishing, four wheeling and camping. She was passionate about her family and friends especially her grandchildren, she was a caring individual who was dedicated to her work. Christmas was her favorite holiday. She transformed the home into a Christmas wonderland with her Santa Clause collection.
Gabi is survived by her husband, Brian Schledewitz; mother, Irmgard; children, Michelle (Jeremy) Ramey, Katie Schledewitz, Tyler (Tayler) Schledewitz and Jeff Braun; "Oma" to, Leha Ramey, Cayden Schledewitz and Aubree Braun; brothers, Walter and Klaus; sisters, Rosemarie and Christine; and mother in-law, Gladys Lutes.
She was preceded in death by her father; and sister, Ingrid.
