On June 3, 1869 at Hancock, NH, Isaac m. Elizabeth "Lizzie" Cram Fuller, dau. of Hiram Fuller and Laurilla H. Cram, b. Feb. 13, 1849 at Hancock. In the January 1920 census, Isaac and Elizabeth were living at San Francisco. When wife Elizabeth died is unclear as in July 1922 upon his return from Hong King his wife was listed in a ship's passenger list as Lydia Spaulding Allen.
Isaac Patten Allen and Elizabeth Cram Fuller had the following three children, all sons:
• i. Arthur Fuller Allen, b. Mar. 23, 1870 at Sacramento, CA; was an engineer stationed at Manila, the Philipines in 1916 and d. June 1, 1938 as a Lt.Col. of the Corps of Engineers at Alameda County, CA. Was twice married and twice divorced with two children by his 1st wife Kathryn T. Bolton: sons John Bolton Allen b. in 1905 at Manila, Philippine Islands, and Arthur Fuller Allen, Jr. in 1908 at Alameda, CA.
• ii. Sidney DeWitt Allen, b. May 14, 1872 at San Francisco, where he d. July 12, 1933 at Alameda, CA; m. Apr. 12, 1898 at Alameda County, CA, Maud Cowper Russell, dau. of Charles Byron Russell and Annie Maud Cowper, b. Dec. 10, 1877 at Wellington, Ontario, Canada. She d. Apr. 7, 1954 at San Francisco. Three daus. of the marriage.
• iii. Isaac Christy Allen, b. Dec. 20, 1874 at Hancock, NH, d. Aug. 7, 1938 at Butte County, CA; m. before 1907, Eva Wootten, dau. of Elias Richerson and Frances S. (---) Wootten, b. Nov. 28, 1883 at CA. She d. Feb. 18, 1979 at San Mateo County, CA. Three identified children of the family.
