Mrs. Sarah Weaver Johnson wife of Scott Johnson, Northwood, Tyrone, died at her home on Sunday morning at 1:25 o'clock, following an extended illness with neuritis.
Mrs. Sarah W. Johnson was a daughter of the late John and Nancy Nearhoof Weaver and was born at Dix Station, Blair county, on July 15, 1856, residing in this community all her life. About 52 years ago she was united in marriage with Scott Johnson, who with the following sons, survives:
Blair Johnson, Wilford Johnson and Walter Johnson, all of Tyrone. She is also survived by these brothers and sisters: Jerry Weaver, Altoona; Samuel Weaver, State College; Mrs. Ella McAllister, Jersey Shore, and Mrs. Alice Irvin, Pittsburg.
Funeral service will be held at the Johnson home at Northwood on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, followed by burial in Bald Eagle cemetery.
