Albert H. Courtenay
Funeral services for Albert Henry Courtenay, 72, of 8410 Renton Ave., will be held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday in the Columbia Funeral Home.
Mr. Courtenay died Sunday at his home after a sudden illness. He was born in New York. He came to Seattle in 1898. He worked as a chauffeur, a service-station operator and a truck driver. He retired in 1953. He was a member of the Garage Employees' Union, Local 44.
Surviving are his wife, Ethel V.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. May Keene and Mrs. Dolores Scofield, and a stepson Edgar E. Stickler, all of Seattle; a sister, Mrs. Eva Wallace, Flint, Mich.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
