Christopher Stephen  Malewicki, of Milford died at his home on May 8, 2017, age 49.

He was born January 13, 1968 in Milford, he was predeceased by his loving mother Marilyn J. Smith in 2011, and in December 2016, his wife Kathryn Alice Treszi of 24 years.

Christopher grew up with six siblings, who all loved him sincerely.

Christopher was always an honest, happy,  caring and sensitive person.  In 1982 he was a Quinnipiac Council (Cherish the Earth) Boy Scout recruiter for Troop #17 in Milford. He was a graduate of Jonathan Law High School, Milford in 1986. He worked in retail, and then as manager and supervisor for over 31 years.

Chris married Kathryn A. Treszi on May 2, 1992 at the Milford Congregational Church. Chris was a very talented sketch artist; his creations were amazing. He also had a green thumb; he grew roses, tulips and lilacs for his wife. He would often take his daughter to the Pond in Milford Center to feed the ducks and geese. Over the years they spent time vacationing and sightseeing in Vermont. He leaves many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Chris, God has you in his keeping. Please know you are forever loved and remain in our hearts and memories.

Special thanks to Melody Treszi for your love and support.   We offer special thanks to Mark, Norma, and Joe for your help and concern and the Milford Police Department.

A celebration of his life services will be private with his siblings. The scattering of Christopher’s ashes will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions on Christopher's behalf should be made to the Milford Animal control, 664 E. Broadway, Milford, Ct. 06460. (203)783-3279.
