Frank Walton Jay, 61, pioneer of 51 years, resident of China Spring, died at his home at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at the China Spring Methodist Church, Rev. G. Alfred Brown officiating. Burial in China Spring Cemetery.
Surviving are his widow ; two brothers, Ross and Hubert; seven sisters, Mrs. Ethel Chapman, Mrs. R. L. Crawford, Mrs. J. L. Hutto, Miss Sallie Jay, Mrs. J. S. Brown, Mrs. S. M. Neelley, and Mrs. E. W. Cannon; son, Alton Jay; two daughters, Mrs. Claris Allen and Mrs. Ruby Murphy.
Pallbearers: R. E. Thomas, C. H. Rowton, R. L. Null, L. L. Hutto, W. C. Harris and Bill Crawford.
