Born March 10, 1950, in Vancouver, Mrs. Townsend lived in Clark County all her life.
She was a parking manager for Ace Parking in Portland since 1997.
She is survived by one daughter, Kristina Church of Vancouver; one son, Erick of Vancouver; three brothers, Ken Shaffer of Woodland and Kevin Roberts and Dave Shaffer, both of Vancouver; one sister, Debra Dunlap of Vancouver; and one grandchild.
Mrs. Townsend enjoyed gardening, computers, movies, crafts and her dog.
