Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from St. John's, Sardis for Frederick James Holladay, who passed away Tuesday night at Chilliwack Hospital following a short illness. Rev. H. B. Scudamore will officiate at the services and burial will be at the Anglican Church Cemetery.

Mr. Holladay is survived by his wife.

The late Mr. Holladay was born in Aurora, Ontario some 65 years ago and spent most of his boyhood days there. In his young manhood he entered the employ of the Ontario Bank. He left that institution and went to live in England for his health, returning to Canada some ten years later. He has lived in this province since then, and was, prior to taking up residence in Sardis, a resident of Fairfield Island.

He was of a bright, happy disposition, and his nemerous friends here mourn the loss of a friend and an excellent citizen.
