Palmer, of full age, spinster, of Chapelizod, Dublin North, Ireland, the daughter of Henry Palmer, a soldier, at the Parish Church of Chapelizod, Dublin North, Ireland, according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Church of Ireland, by license, by me, A.J. Hardcourt, D.D., in the presence of George Batson and Elizabeth Palmer.
On June 11, 1894, her husband, James Ballance, stated that he was residing at 399 Highland Avenue, Malden, Massachusetts, occupation surveyor, born in Madras India, on the 15th of January, 1861, aged 35, and that he had arrived in the U.S. at Boston, Mass., on the 21st of June, 1891, when he petitioned for citizenship at the U.S. Circuit Court of Boston, Massachusetts.
