Justin Riggins, 21, of Baytown, died from injuries he suffered in an automobile accident on Friday, February 16, 2007 in Mont Belvieu. Born in Houston on February 11, 1986, he attended Barbers Hill schools from the kindergarten through his graduation in 2004 from Barbers Hill High School. An avid motorcyclist, Justin lived his short and exciting life with "no fear" always in full throttle. He had recently gone to work for Jindal United Steel Corporation in Baytown.
He is survived by his mother, Tonee Riggins, of Baytown; father, Dewey Riggins of Kennewick; sister Tiffany Riggins of Baytown, brother, Taylor Course of Baytown; maternal grandmother, Brenda Sikes of Baytown; maternal grandfather, Thurston Roberts of Cleveland, TX; and girlfriend, Brianna Hull of Lake Jackson, TX.
