Clifford Michael “Mike” Hall, age 62, passed from this world peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Tuesday evening. He had been battling Polycystic Kidney Disease and B Cell ALL Leukemia. He was devoted to his family and friends and nothing made him happier than to be with them. He loved life and new adventures to the fullest. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He was a skilled craftsman and owner and operator of HD Construction.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Helen Hall and mother Marguerite O’Sullivan.


Mike leaves his wife Liz, who he loved with all his heart; his daughter Natasha and son-in-law Jared McClane and 4 grandchildren, Jonah, Caroline, Samuel and Joshua; a sister, Helen and her husband Bob Cargile; as well as the following siblings: Brian O’Sullivan, Keith O’Sullivan, Jerry O’Sullivan, Lois Pozsar, and Kenneth Bowser; countless nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Helen Hall and mother Marguerite O’Sullivan.

Receiving of friends will take place on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10:00 am in the parish hall at St. James Episcopal Church, 1101 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917. The Funeral Service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church at 11:30 am. After the service, a motorcycle procession will leave for the cemetery. The Committal will take place at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 2200 East Governor John Sevier Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920. There will be a military graveside service there.
