With ropes tied about his fingers for rings, William Voss, the Schleswig man brought here Tuesday, was in probate court today for the adjourned hearing and was committed to the Northern asylum at Oshkosh. Neighbors told of peculiar actions of Voss for years and it developed that a brother had died in the insane asylum. Voss is 44 and married.
